1. What meal plans do you have?

We provide customized meals according to your needs. Starting with your high protein low carb meals, low calories meals, we do have liquid healthy meals as well.

 

2. Customized meal plan prices remain the same?

Ans - Customized meals vary in price, depending on what you are having.

 

3. When should we place an order?

Ans - We prepare your order only after confirmation. If you are coming for pickup or dine-in, you can book your order so that you may not need to wait for your order. As for any order placed, it takes at least 15-20 minutes to prepare.

 

4. What are the Café Timings?

Ans - Café opens from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. So we request you to submit your order before 10:00pm. It is important to note that the cafe remains closed on alternate Sundays on the 2nd and 4th.

 

5. Is there Dine-in Available?

Ans - Yes, dine-in is available.

 

6. Is parking available?

Ans - Yes, parking is available with no traffic.

 

7. Would it be possible for me to subscribe for six months or a year?

Ans - We have only monthly subscriptions available

 

8. Can I get delivery to my house, office or gym?

Ans - You will receive delivery where you want, just make sure when you subscribe, you let us know the exact location where you want your delivery. And for single order users if the delivery slots are already booked then there is a chance for slight lateness for your order to get delivery at your doorstep.

 

9. Can I choose my meals according to the days in a subscription?


Ans - Yes you may switch according to your schedule. (This is not for Veg subscription clients).

 

10. How many meals are included in a subscription?

 Ans - There are 26 meals included on a monthly subscription.

 

11. In a monthly subscription, if I am not available for 10 days, will I get my remaining (skipped) meals?

Ans - Only 5 days will be carried forward in a monthly subscription if you notify us in advance.

 

12. If I cancel my order before it gets delivered, will it be carried forward to the next day?

Ans - No. just let us know 3 hours prior if you don’t want your meals for a day or two. Changes made at the last minute will not be considered.

 

13. Can I pay part payment?

Ans - Full payment in advance is required for subscriptions.

 

14. Is it possible to order the meal on a regular basis?

Ans - Our delivery service fee is applicable for single orders, depending on our delivery radius. Please phone us or WhatsApp us so we can place the order. Please let us know what time and where you want the order to be delivered.


(Please wait for 10 min after your msg or send a WhatsApp message, if you did not receive any revert from our end, then we request you to make a call on the mentioned numbers.)

 

15. If I order in bulk, will I receive a discount?

Ans - You may be eligible to take advantage of the discount, depending on the order value, or if there is an offer running through fruitaffair.in at a particular time.

 

16.If I order twice in a day, will I have to pay delivery charges twice?

Ans - Yes! Delivery charges apply to every order.

 

17. If we order in a group, do we have to pay extra delivery charges?

Ans - No, unless the delivery location and the delivery time are different. To avoid confusion, please place your order in the name of a single person.

 

 18. I want to know about my diet meal plan, what meals will you provide?

Ans - You will only receive meals that are tailored to your needs. We have a wide range of Veg/Non-Veg/Vegan/smoothie/juices/sandwich/healthy wraps options available. To achieve your diet goals, you should contact our Dietitians and nutrition experts. (There charges will be applicable differently)

19. If I am allergic to something, if I eat something that is not suitable for my body, what will happen?

Ans - We request you to kindly tell us before about your allergic items before placing the order, ex-mushroom/broccoli/Dairy product/mayonnaise..etc.. We fruitaffair.in will not be responsible for something which you are allergic to or maybe you don’t know or you fail to inform us.
To avoid such circumstances, please inform us before placing the order.

 

20. How do I make payments?

Ans - For online transactions like Gpay/Phone Pay/ Paytm – 9819444677 in the name of Pradnya Chavan.

 

21. How do I get a GST invoice bill?

Ans - For GST billed invoices, you have to pay 5% GST charges, and also kindly provide us with the name of the organization, and their details if any.
